All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

  • Package weight and size

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL (for international orders)

You will receive tracking details once your order leaves our facility.


4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Orders placed within the continental United States typically arrive faster than orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


5. International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on your location.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in your order total

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate.

Harper’s Hops is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Carrier issues resulting from incorrect information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are scanned by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the product page will indicate the expected shipping timeframe.

Orders containing both available and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
