Refund policy

Harper’s Hops Return & Refund Policy

At Harper’s Hops, we want you to love your skincare products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to the nature of personal-care products, opened or used items cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defects.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at business@harpershops.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition or promotional bundles (unless damaged)


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


How to Start a Return

Please email business@harpershops.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
